back to training!!

Well, walked 4.5 miles to my parents house, and back 4.5 to my place. with my poor doggie, whom i had to carry most of the time, because it was hot and she was getting pooped. practiced my breathing. getting the hang of it. along the way, took a couple pictures.

there were ducks in the kapalama canal! for those of you who don't know...the canal is polluted. i can't imagine anything in it...well, there are fish, but ducks??!!
